The Miami Heat (40-36) visit the New York Knicks (43-33) Wednesday at Madison Square Garden. Tip is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook’s lines around the Heat vs. Knicks odds, and make our expert NBA picks and predictions.
The Heat were dumped 106-92 by the Toronto Raptors Tuesday in the 1st game of a 2-game road trip that wraps up in NYC. Miami has won just twice in the past 5 games, but 1 of those victories was at home against New York last Wednesday (127-120) as a 2-point favorite as the Over (223.5) cashed.
The Knicks snapped a 3-game losing streak last time out by throttling the Houston Rockets 137-115 as 13-point home favorites as the Over (228) cashed on Monday. The cover also snapped an 0-3 against the spread (ATS) skid.

Heat at Knicks picks and predictions
Knicks 121, Heat 115
The Knicks (-175) are a little on the expensive side. While they’re under my personal moneyline limit, I just don’t like the way New York has played lately, and the fact Brunson is questionable makes this extra juice a no-go for me.
The KNICKS -3.5 (-115) have a couple of notable players on the injury report, but it’s hard to ignore the fact New York is 9-3-1 ATS in the past 13 games overall and 7-2-1 ATS in the past 10 games at MSG.
The Heat also may be without F Jimmy Butler as the star forward is nicked up and his status for Wednesday is unknown. Miami is just 2-6 ATS in its last 8 road games and is 3-8 ATS in the past 11 against winning teams.
Roll with the OVER 222.5 (-110).
The Over has cashed in 6 of the past 8 games overall for the Heat and is 5-1 in their past 6 meetings with the Knicks. That includes 2 games since March 3.
While the Under has cashed in 4 in a row for the Knicks, the Over is 9-1-1 in their last 11 games against teams with a winning overall mark.
